My study focuses on exploring how protein homeostasis regulates muscle health, particularly muscle aging. Using transgenic mouse models and primary 3D in vitro models of skeletal muscle, my lab studies the aging process at molecular levels to provide an explicit picture of muscle aging for potential therapeutic usage.
